Questions about billing
How does the trial work?
Pro features are on for 14 days from the moment you install, with no card. When the trial ends, the app keeps working as the free terminal.
How many Macs?
One license covers 3 Macs. Release an old device and a new one can take its place.
Payment
Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB), handled by our payment provider. We never hold your card number, and your receipt is linked from the confirmation email.
Cancelling and refunds
Cancel from the app settings at any time. Billing stops at the next renewal and Pro stays on until the end of the period you paid for. We do not refund partial periods.
Can I use the AI on the free plan?
Yes. Connect your own Claude key or run Ollama locally and the plain-language input and the safety checks all work. Pro is the version where none of that setup is needed.
